The Firework programme:

• Explores who you are as a person and what is really important to you so that you can make career decisions based on a deep understanding of yourself

• Explores what you want from your work – what motivates you, what are your strengths and what you need from work

• Sets up an ‘Ideas bank’ of job ideas to stretch you into the realm of possibilities and out of circumstances and logistics. Allow yourself to really believe you can have a career you love.

• Creates a concrete action plan to start moving towards the job you really want.

The programme runs for approximately 15 weeks, coaching 3 times a month.
