How can coaching help? • It gives you the time and space to understand what you (not your family, parents, friends!) really want, what makes you tick, what you are really passionate about, what your vision is of where you’d like to be and make this real • Deal with those beliefs and voices in your head that hold you back, keep you in the status quo and tell you that you can’t have what you want – you can! • Set goals and action plans and have encouragement so that your ‘to do lists’ actually become a reality.
